Parents are the primary teachers of their children, from birth through young adulthood, and beyond.
We believe that parents are, or can become, competent to decide and direct the education of their children. We also believe that parents working with the HomeLink Program are still in charge of their students. HomeLink is NOT a school and does NOT take the place of the Parents in educating students.
